Walk away with a clear 90-day plan that moves your art and your business forward together, personalized to your life and creative rhythm.
If you're a creative entrepreneur, you already know you need both the business side and the art side to make this work. The costly mistake most creatives make is treating art time and business time as competitors. When the two are fighting for your attention instead of working as partners, you lose months swinging between them, over-focusing on one, neglecting the other, and never building real momentum.
Typically a $250 planning session, offered free in celebration of the launch of Creative CEO.
Does this sound like your creative business right now?
You're doing the work, but it still feels like you're constantly choosing between your art and your business.
- You swing between "all studio, no business" and "all business, no studio," and feel guilty no matter which one you're doing.
- Your weeks are full, but you can't clearly say what moved your art or your income forward in the last 30 days.
- You're working week-to-week without a simple 90-day plan, so everything feels urgent and nothing feels strategic.
- You have more ideas than capacity, so you start projects, launches, or collections that you rarely see all the way through.
- You know you "should" be emailing your list, posting, or updating your shop, but those tasks always lose to whatever's right in front of you.
- You're tired of feeling behind on both sides and you're craving a realistic way to move your art and your business forward together.
If this is you, the Art + Business 90-Day Plan call is designed to give you a clear, doable roadmap for your next three months, not just more things to feel behind on.
What you'll walk away with:
This isn't a vague "let's chat" call. In 60 minutes, we'll co-create a simple, realistic plan you can actually follow for the next three months.
By the end of your Art + Business 90-Day Plan session, you'll have:
- One clear primary goal for the next 90 days that fits your current season of life and business
- 2-3 key projects that move both your art and your business forward (and clarity on what to drop or delay)
- A simple week rhythm that protects your studio time and your business time instead of pitting them against each other
- A prioritized list of next actions for the first 2-3 weeks so you know exactly how to start
- A written summary of your 90-day plan you can refer back to, so you're not relying on memory or scattered notes
Ready for a clear plan on your next 90 days?
BOOK YOUR FREE 90-DAY PLANNING CALLWhat we'll do in 60 minutes:
Step 1: Meet your future Creative CEO
We'll zoom out beyond the next 90 days and look at the bigger picture:
What do you want your business to look like in 3 years?
What do you want it to do for you financially, creatively, and in your day-to-day life?
Who do you want to be as a Creative CEO running that business?
This is where we get honest about the identity you're growing into, so your plan isn't just about tasks, it's about becoming the version of you who can hold the business you're building.
Step 2: Decide what matters in the next 90 days
From that bigger vision, we'll zoom back into the next three months and look at your current season, responsibilities, and actual capacity.
Given your real life, what needs attention now to start bringing that vision to life?
We'll choose one primary focus for this season and 2-3 key projects that move both your art and your business forward in a way that's ambitious but still doable for you.
Step 3: Map your 90-day plan
We'll translate your focus and projects into a simple 90-day roadmap: what each month is about, a weekly rhythm, and specific next actions for the first few weeks. You'll leave knowing what to work on and when, so your daily choices line up with the Creative CEO you're becoming.
Who this call is (and isn't) for:
This is for you if:
- You're a woman artist or maker in your first few years of selling your work
- You're juggling making, marketing, and admin mostly on your own
- You care about your art and business equally, and you're tired of feeling like you have to choose between them
- You want structure and clarity, but it has to respect your creative rhythm and your real-life responsibilities
- You're willing to be honest, make decisions, and try a new way of working over the next 90 days
This is not a fit if:
- You're not planning to sell your work or treat it as a business in the next few years
- You want a long, free coaching session with no intent to follow through on a plan
- You're looking for quick hacks instead of a realistic, values-aligned 90-day direction
- You're unwilling to make any changes to how you currently spend your time
Why this call is free
I'm offering the Art + Business 90-Day Plan call in celebration of the launch of Creative CEO, my program for women artists and makers who want a sustainable, business-backed creative practice.
My goal isn't just to help you make a plan. My goal is to hep women artists and makers become the creative entrepreneur they know they can be: to shift from hobbyist to profession, and to build systems, habits, and structures that support that identity.
I care deeply about this stage because it's where many talented creatives stay "almost there" for years. This offer is my way of putting real support in your hands, whether or not you ever join a program.
This session is value-first. We'll spend our time creating a 90-day plan that fits your real life and moves you toward that Creative CEO version of you. There is an option to hear about further support through Creative CEO, but there's no pressure to enroll and no expectation that you will. The plan you create is yours to keep, whether or not we work together beyond this call.
This is the kind of focused planning session I could easily charge $250 for as a 1:1 intensive. For the Creative CEO launch, I'm offering a limited number of these calls for free so more women artists and makers can get clear on their next 90 days.
What happens after the call?
Right after our session
You'll leave with your personalized 90-day plan and a clear sense of who you're becoming as a Creative CEO, plus the next actions to get started. This is yours to use whether or not we ever work together again.
In the weeks that follow
You put your plan into practice: testing your new weekly rhythm, focusing on your key projects, and noticing what shifts as you start acting from that profession, creative entrepreneur identity.
If you want more support
If, at the end of the call, it feels like you'd benefit from more guidance and structure, I'll briefly share how Creative CEO can support you in following through on your plan and building the systems and habits that match the business you want.
If you're not interested, you can simply say so. No pressure, no awkwardness. The win is that you walk away clearer, more grounded, and with a real 90-day plan in hand.

Meet your Art + Business Coach
Hi! My name is Megan!
I am a former creative entrepreneur who spent over 10 years on the same path you're walking now.
I've been a gallery artist, a co-owner of a quilting cotton shop, a freelance graphic designer, and I've been trained in surface pattern design. I know firsthand what it's like to be a creative entrepreneur constantly trying to balance making the work with marketing it, selling it, and keeping the business side alive.
Along the way, I learned how to build the foundations that most creatives avoid at first: email marketing, websites, portfolios, quarterly planning, goal setting, and the mindset work required to step into a true Creative CEO.
I don't come to this as someone looking in from the outside. I come as someone who's been in the studio, at the laptop, and at the kitchen table trying to figure out how to make art and business work together. The Art + Business 90-Day Plan call is the support I wish I'd had in the beginning.
