“Will there be a replay?”
Right now I’m planning this as a live-only experience so you show up, do the work, and don’t let it sit on a to-watch-later list. If that changes, I’ll email everyone who registered.

“Do I need to know my habit before I come?”
No. I’ll walk you through choosing it. You’ll leave knowing exactly what you’re focusing on and how to start.

“Is this for business habits, health habits, or life habits?”
It works for any area, but most people come in wanting to change something core: their energy, focus, routines, or follow-through. You can bring whatever area feels most important right now.
