When you register, you're on a journey with me and a small group of people as I launch this program for the very first time.  

Being a founder member of The Transformational Habit means that this program is going to constantly be responding to you, what you're struggling with, and where you need additional support - oh, and because you're a founding member, you won't be paying $3,000 for it, either.

I've designed it as a 12 week program so that we have two weeks for deep discovery work as we gain clarity on the woman you want to become and what your Transformational Habit is.

Then, we spend the next 10 weeks establishing that habit so that it is unshakeable.  During those 10 weeks of habit installation, we'll work through limiting beliefs, the fears of others (that they smear all over you), the 3 phases of installing a habit, and mindset shifts that will help you become the woman who achieves her goals - just as an extension of who she is.

How can one habit make a difference?

And here’s the thing, you need one habit that acts like a domino—when you show up for it, it shifts how you show up everywhere else.  This one habit is a bridge that, when you engage with it daily, takes you from who you’ve been to who you want to be.  The cumulative impact of this one habit may surprise you.

Think about it this way, if you wanted to be an author, the habit of daily writing would be essential to get you there.  If you wanted to be a body builder, the habit of a daily workout routine would be required.  The thing is, those are obvious.  When we want to live a beautiful, fulfilled life, the habit that will help us create it, isn't so obvious.

I have so much to do already, how am I supposed to fit in another thing?

I get that.  Life is so busy.  This is the beautiful thing about habits, though.  Once you establish it, it goes on autopilot.  You don’t even have to think about it.  This one Transformational Habit will have you becoming who you want to become automatically.  Establishing this habit actually means that in the long run, you’ll do less, not more, because you won’t be wasting time on anything that doesn’t help you become who you want to be.

This was me.

On my birthday in 2021.
Here's what you can see: I'm in my "house frou" sweater (that was perpetually covered in thread) and it is over what I know is a shirt of Jake's that I used to wear to bed.  From that fact, and knowing that I'm standing in my room, I can tell you that I ain't got no birthday plans.  I'm smiling, but I'm not feeling it.  I'm there, but I'm not too excited about it.  
Here's what you can't see: I feel undervalued.  I lack confidence.  I'm not sure I make a difference.  I totally hate the school that my daughter is attending and I'm making that my own personal failure.  Things are ok, but not great.  I know that deep, deep down, under my "house frou" sweater, I could be doing and contributing so much more.  I know that I am capable of an incredible life.  I just don't know how to get there...

On my birthday in 2024.
