You're not short on ideas.
Your sketchbooks, camera roll, or studio shelves are proof.

You're an artist, maker, or creative business owner in your first few years of building something real.

You're always working on something...
but your business doesn't quite show how much heart and effort you're pouring into it.

  • You're constantly starting new pieces, patterns, designs, collections, or offers
  • You have half-finished projects living in folders, drawers, or your hard drive
  • You finish something, post about it once or twice, then quietly move on to the next idea
  • The "business side" (pricing, planning, marketing, promotion) feels heavy, so you default back to creating
  • You feel scattered, stretched thin, and unsure where your time should actually go

You don't want to give up your creativity.
You also don't want this to stay a hobby forever.

You want to feel like the Creative CEO of your own business:
clear, intentional, and confident that your work is actually going somewhere.

If that's you... you are exactly who I designed Creative CEO for.

The real problem isn't ideas.
It's how you're running your creative business.

As a creative, you're beautifully wired for ideas, inspiration, and making.
That is your gift!  That is your superpower!  That is not the problem.

But when it comes to building a business around that gift, a few familiar patterns tend to show up:

  • You chase the excitement of the next idea instead of finishing and fully sharing the last one
  • You say yes to too many projects or possibilities at once
  • You treat marketing like an annoying afterthought instead of part of your creative process
  • You're never quite sure what to prioritize, so you bounce between tasks and end the day exhausted
  • You sign up for courses and programs, get flooded with "all the things you could do," maybe start one or two... but rarely get enough traction to feel like anything really changed

It's not that you're "bad at business."
You've just never been shown a way of working that protects your creativity and moves your business forward.

That's what Creative CEO is about:
becoming the version of you who can hold both your art and your ambition, without burning out or dimming either one.

This isn't another course to consume.  It's a space where you actually implement, with support.

WHAT CREATIVE CEO HELPS YOU BECOME

Creative CEO is a 12-week 1:1 coaching experience that helps artists and makers step into a new way of being:

From scattered creator to intentional Creative CEO of a focused, sustainable business.

By the end of our 12 weeks together, you will:

  • Finish and fully release one meaningful project into the world
That might be a pattern collection, product line, body of work, signature offer, or something similar.  Not just "almost done," but completed, shared, and given a real chance to shine.
  • Have a simple rhythm for your week that honors both art and business
You'll know when you're creating, when you're doing business tasks, and how they fit together, instead of constantly feeling like you "should" be doing something else.
  • Build supportive habits that make your business feel steadier
Things like weekly planning, regular promotion, or gentle CEO check-ins that help you keep moving without burning out or ghosting on your own work.
  • Feel more grounded and confident in calling yourself a business owner
Not because you turned into a corporate robot, but because you can see consistent movement and finished work behind you.

You'll still be you: creative, intuitive, full of ideas.
You'll just be leading your business with so more intention instead of living in constant chaos.
And honestly? I totally love you for wanting that kind of growth.

HOW CREATIVE CEO WORKS

We'll work together 1:1 for 12 weeks.  The process is guided, gentle, and tailored to your creative world.

1. Meet your future Creative CEO self

We start by getting clear on the version of you who:

  • Finishes the projects that matter
  • Balances making with marketing and rest
  • Makes calm grounded decisions for her business

From that vision, we choose one main 12-week focus that would move your creative business forward in a real, tangible way.
No "do everything at once" energy.  Just one powerful, intentional focus.

2. Rebalance your week: studio time + CEO time

Next, we look at where your time and energy are actually going now.
Together, we:

  • Gently declutter your commitments
  • Create a simple weekly rhythm that makes space for both creative work and business work
  • Design routines that support your natural creative cycles instead of fighting them

No rigid schedules.  Just a structure that holds you so you don't have to wake up every day and "wing it" from scratch.

3. Create supportive rhythms and habits

We pick a small set of habits that help you:

  • Start and finish your projects
  • Share your work more consistently
  • Stay connected to your business without feeling like it's taking over your life

We build them into your reality step by step, so they actually stick instead of becoming one more "system" you feel bad about not using.

4. Follow through on one important project

Throughout the 12 weeks, we use our sessions and simple tracking to keep you focused on one meaningful project.

You'll move it from "idea" or "in progress" to "finished and out in the world," practicing how your Creative CEO thinks and acts along the way.

This isn't about forcing yourself to become someone else.
It's about becoming more of who you were always meant to be.

WHAT WE CAN WORK TOGETHER ON INSIDE CREATIVE CEO

Every Creative CEO client is different, and our work will be led by your goals, your season of life, and what feels most supportive for you.

That said, here are some of the very real, very practical things we might work on together:

  • Annual/seasonal planning
    • Mapping out the year in a way that honors your creative cycles
    • Deciding what to release and when
    • Creating a simple rhythm of projects, launches, or shop updates so you're not just reacting
  • "Techy" but creative foundations (email, branding, website, portfolio)
    • Email basics that don't feel slimy: setting up or cleaning up your list, what to actually write about, and simple nurture sequences that sound like you
    • Branding and visual cohesion so things actually "look like you" without needing a giant rebrand
    • A simple, clear website or landing pages that support your goals instead of overwhelming you
    • Portfolio choices and layout that show your work beautifully and make it easy for people to say "yes"
  • Attracting and nurturing your audience
    • Choosing 1-2 places to show up instead of trying to be everywhere
    • Creating content that connects with your right people
    • Building a gentle nurture flow so people don't just find you once and disappear
  • Mindset + identity work
    • Moving from "I just make things" to "I am a creative business woman"
    • Working through fear, doubt, comparison, and visibility stuff
    • Learning to see yourself as the Creative CEO of your own world, not just a consumer of everyone else's
  • Emotional regulation as a creative business owner
    • Reframing disappointment and "flopped" launches or posts
    • Finding the lesson without making it mean something awful about you
    • Building resilience so you can keep showing up
  • Journaling as a tool for clarity and self-trust
    • Creating simple journaling practices that help you hear your voice beneath the noise
    • Using journaling to process fear, doubt, and decision-making instead of staying stuck in your head
    • Capturing your ideas, plans, and reflections in a way that actually supports action
  • Dreaming bigger (in a grounded way)
    • Giving yourself permission to imagine what you really want from your art and business
    • Stretching your vision without piling on pressure or perfectionism
    • Turning big, dreamy ideas into practical next steps so they don't just live in your journal forever

And honestly, so much of our work is in the little things:

  • How you talk to yourself when you don't hit a goal
  • How you decide what gets your time this week
  • How you handle it when life happens and your plan goes sideways

Creative CEO is about weaving together the inner work, the practical strategy, and the gentle structure so your business can actually grow in a way that feels like you.

A quick note on tools + platforms...

If the "techy" side of your business feels intimidating, I can walk alongside you in it.  I'm not a coder, but I do have real, hands-on experience in these specific platforms and tools:

  • Websites + landing pages: Kajabi, Squarespace, Shopify
  • Online shops: Etsy, Spoonflower
  • Email platforms: ConvertKit (now Kit), Klaviyo, Flodesk
  • Design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva

You don't have to master all of these (or even use most of them).
Together, we'll choose the few that actually support the kind of creative business you want and make them feel simple and doable.

The tech becomes something we move through together, not a reason to stay stuck.

WHAT'S INCLUDED INSIDE CREATIVE CEO

When you join Creative CEO, you're not just getting "accountability."
You're getting a focused 12-week container to help you run your creative business with intention, kindness, and follow-through.

Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (12 weeks)

We'll meet each week for 45-60 minutes.

Each session is designed to help you:

  • Get honest about what actually happened last week (without shame or guilt)
  • Untangle any overwhelm, fear, or "too many ideas"
  • Decide what matters most for this week in your art and business
  • Leave with 1-3 clear, doable actions instead of a huge, impossible to-do list

This is where we keep you out of constant second-guessing and gently, steadily move you forward.

Deep-dive Creative CEO kickoff (90 minutes)

Our first session is a longer, foundational call where we:

  • Clarify your "Creative CEO" self: how she works, what she focuses on, and what she's building
  • Choose one main 12-week focus for your business (a project, collection, offer, or other outcome)
  • Look closely at your current commitments, energy, and patterns
  • Create a first version of your weekly rhythm that balances studio time and CEO time

You'll leave this call with immediate clarity and direction that feels grounded, supportive, and not overwhelming.

Support between sessions

You're not expected to "figure it all out" alone between calls.

You'll have access to light support (via email or text messages), so you can:

  • Ask quick questions when you feel stuck or unsure what to prioritize
  • Share small wins and get seen in your progress (because I wanna hear it!)
  • Get gentle redirection if you slip into old patterns of overcommitting or hiding your work

This is here to keep you from stalling out or disappearing when life gets busy.

Your Creative CEO dashboard

We'll use a simple shared document or tracker to hold the important pieces:

  • Your 12-week focus
  • Your weekly priorities
  • The habits and rhythms you're building
  • Notes from our sessions and your reflections

This becomes your personal "Creative CEO control panel" that you can keep using long after our 12 weeks together.

WHY I CREATED CREATIVE CEO

I didn't come to coaching from the outside.
I've lived the creative path from the inside.

I've:

  • Shown my work as a gallery artist at the very beginning of my career
  • Co-owned a quilting cotton shop (I know how to quilt!)
  • Worked closely with surface pattern designers (I can make my own repeats!)
  • Done freelance graphic design work for clients

I know what it's like to be the artist, the maker, the designer.
I know the pull of the "next idea," the rush of starting something new, and the quiet guilt of projects that never quite get finished or shared.

I also know how confusing it can feel to turn that rich, creative world into a real, sustainable business.

Alongside all of that, I've always been deeply drawn to personal development.  That love turned into a podcast called Breakthrough Mode, and eventually into coaching women around habits, goals and becoming who they're truly meant to be.

Creative CEO is where those two paths meet:

  • Years of living inside the creative world
  • A passion for helping women step into their power, own their potential, and actually follow through.

I created this program because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant creative women shrinking their businesses down to fit their self-doubt, their scattered schedules, and their old stories.

You don't need to become a different person to grow your creative business.
You need support becoming a more intentional version of the woman you already are.

That's the work we do inside Creative CEO.

Outside of business, I'm married with two daughters, and a German shepherd, living a half a mile from Utah Lake.  My happy places are journaling with a Starbucks oatmilk chai (with brown sugar!) and unwinding with my Nintendo Switch in bed.

 WHAT IF NOTHING CHANGES?

You absolutely don’t have to join Creative CEO.

But I do want you to be honest with yourself:

If you keep doing what you’re doing now, where will your creative business likely be 6–12 months from today?

  • Will you still be juggling a million ideas with not much finished?
  • Still feeling guilty about the projects you haven’t shared or promoted?
  • Still guessing at what to focus on each week?
  • Still telling yourself you’ll “figure it out later” when life is less busy?

You deserve more than a business that runs on scraps of your time and energy.

Creative CEO is an invitation to press pause on “more of the same” and step into a season of focused, supported change.

No drama, no fear tactics. Just a clear decision point:

Keep trying to piece it together alone…
or let yourself be supported in becoming the Creative CEO of your own business.

I totally love you either way. But if you feel that tug for more, I want you to listen to it.

INVESTMENT

Creative CEO is a high-touch 1:1 coaching experience designed to change how you run your creative business, not just give you more things to do.

The full price for this program will be $2,500.

For this first round, I'm opening up a limited number of spots at $1,500 as founding client pricing.

In return, I'll ask you for your honest feedback during the process and a testimonial if you're excited by your experience and results.

Payment options:

  • Pay in full: $1,500
  • 3 monthly payments of $550

If you're an artist or maker who is tired of feeling scattered and "always working on the next thing," Creative CEO is your invitation to step into a more intentional, sustainable way of doing business.

You're allowed to take your creativity seriously.
You're allowed to get support.
And if this feels like a full-body "yes," I'm totally here for you.

  • Explore whether the Creative CEO program is the right container to support you

If it feels like a match for the both of us, I'll share how to enroll.
If not, I'll point you toward what I think would serve you best next.  No pressure.  Just honesty.
