Step 1: Solidify Your Vision

We'll clarify the life, art, and business that you want to create.  This vision is the guiding force for everything you choose to do in your business because, with this vision, you'll know what projects/actions/tasks contribute to your vision and which ones are just distractions

Step 2: Evaluate Your True Capacity

Most creative entrepreneurs skip this step.  We take a look at all your responsibilities, obligations, and commitments that you already have on the schedule.  Then, we'll follow a formula to take into account time to rest, play, and take care of yourself so that we know how much time you're really working with each week.  This allows us to create a plan that fits into your actual life... which is essential to sustainability and follow through.

Step 3: 90-Day Focus → Outcome

We turn your focus into a clear outcome that you will be working towards and achieving in the next 90 days.  Then, we'll breakdown your outcome so that you can see progress all throughout the 90 days and feel the momentum building.

Step 4: Task Categorization

Together we'll go look at each task or activity that is either already on your plate or will be something you'll have to do as part of achieving your 90-day outcome and we'll categorize each one so that you know which tasks are high-value and which aren't.  This will allow you to use your time most productive hours on the things that move you forward the most.

Finally, I'll help you plan out the details first month or your first week and help you establish the first rhythm.  I will also equip you with everything you need to continue planning on your own including: checklists, a time block schedule, weekly planner, daily planner, and monthly planner sheets.

Hi! My name is Megan!
I am a former creative entrepreneur who spent over 10 years on the same path you're walking now.

I've been a gallery artist, a co-owner of a quilting cotton shop, a freelance graphic designer, and I've been trained in surface pattern design.  I know firsthand what it's like to be a creative entrepreneur constantly trying to balance making the work with marketing it, selling it, and keeping the business side alive.
